Anyone that has had an order delivered by Tescos today please check your bill in depth. My daughter received hers this morning and had been overcharged nearly £70.00. All items that were on offer for half price were charged at full price and some bogof were charged for both items. When she rang was told it was a glitch. Quite unacceptable poor girl nearly had a heart attack.

When did she order the goods? The offers changed on Monday, so if she ordered before then she would have not received the lower price, but the price applicable today.0

If that were the case, why would Tesco have said it happened because of a glitch? There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -

Given that we are getting the story third hand, and there are no reports of anyone else having the problem (on here/ FB/ Twitter), it is fair to question whether the story is entirely accurate. A glitch would affect more than one person.0
