on-line only estate agent - ping-property.co.uk

Options
Hi
I was thinking of using this online only estate agent, so that I can get my property on the main house selling portals like Primelocation, etc.
Has anyone used this company before?
What’s their service like?

Any information will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

If it gets on zoopla and right move then I'd say worth a try but if it doesn't then I'd stay clear.

I take it no one has used them before then?

    What if they go bust.
I might go for the 12 month package which requires payment up front. If they go bust in 3 months time, will I get my money back for services that have not yet been delivered?

    Thanks

when a company goes bust.... the customers are not the first to get the monies back, but the lenders.... so you would be extremely lucky to get anything back for 'unused service'

    Very unlikely.
  • Why should they go bust? its high street retailers going bust these days, comet & hmv the most recent examples. Online is the way everything's going, less overheads, lower fees - can only be a good thing. You'd expect to have sold within 3 months anyway.
