Mighty Deals Refund Issues

Hi,
I purchased an short break from Mighty Deals & Clearsky Holidays. Eventually after much tooing & throughing mightdeals agreed that the break offered was 'not fit for purpose' and that Clearsky could not forfil the voucher purchased and Mighty Deals agreed to send me a refund (agreed in writing) with in 5-7 working days. Its now been 10 working days, I have chased Mighty Deals & have received an email saying they will 'look in to it' however nothing since. I seriously doubt that they are looking into it considering the underhand behaviour I have experienced from their staff so far. Can anyone tell me what I should do next??
