What was it we wouldn't fix GotToChange?
Depending on the type of account, we bill monthly, quarterly or six monthly.
Customers can request bills at any time in between. We also have a Real Time Billing facility on our website so customers can issue their own bills whenever they wish.
I know you've left us so no good to you but would just like to understand where we failed so can feed back. Thanks.
