Equifax is slow

When I want to obtain a report from Equifax online, it takes maybe 5 minutes to actually do so!
Have to reload the pages a couple of times etc..
Is this how long it takes for anyone else?

Yes me too, probably due to the amount of reports I have requested over the years, my Equifax online account was opened in 2003. I notice now they archive reports for six years whereas previous it was only for one year.0

Didn't realise you could view old reports on there.....
