Changing over from pre pay

Hi,
I wonder if anybody can help me :think:
Im currently on a pre pay meter for both electric and gas and have been since we moved here 6 yrs ago.
I need to sort some stuff out as we are buying our house :T :T now, but this is going to leave me with a scarey big mortgage.
Anyway i need so save some cash, but i dont know how much i use?? I use the so any idea how i start to find out who is the cheapest for me?

The answer would be almost anybody, pre pay meters are expensive. I would switch to a normal meter from your current supplier, then wait for a full quarter so that you have an idea of how much energy you use. (bear in mind that we are coming up to the summer so if your bill is £100 for the quarter May - July call it not £400 for the whole year but £600 and set up your Direct Debit accordingly)Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%0
