so would like to know if 2.1% for £50k+ can be beaten for an instant access, 90 day notice or limited withdawls savings account.
In a word: no.I already have the Lloyds Vantage and would prefer not to set-up additional BoS / Santander accounts that need direct debits/regular transferrs as I have, once or twice before, come unstuck and gone overdrawn on these current account linked accounts . . . ...
shame you think you can't handle that since it's quite easy to do.0 -
Santander don't need DDs to be paid, they just need them setup, so its quite difficult to go overdrawn unless you leave less than £2 in there, but then its a bit pointless.0

Has anyone got cashback from Quidco/Topcashback for additional Santader 123 accounts?
Qudico specifically exclude it
http://www.quidco.com/santander-123-current-account/Cashback is only available once per person per product
I've already opened 1 with TCB which tracked at £55.55. Now looking to open some more0 -
Don`t forget for every 123 account, is costing you £24 a year in fees plus conditions.
123 Current Account Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Don't forget, to earn cashback and interest, you must pay in a minimum of £500 each month, have at least two direct debits set up on your account and pay the £2 monthly account fee.0 -
From non Santander accounts. Which, for me anyway, is where it stars to be too much hassel
Not trying to convince you otherwise. Though it is just about dead-straight-forward to accommodate the monthly funding requirements of several current account with a single amount of money.
If you don't know what I am on about, don't worry. Just ignore I said anything.0 -
My first account was via TCB which is tracked at £55.55 and my second I just applied for via Quidco is currently tracking at £0 to be uplifted to £55 at some point. So I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
I plan to open more but these will have to be via TCB as Quidco only allow 1 payout. I have no idea if TCB will allow it but its not explicitly prohibitied so I'll take my chances. In anycase the account is worth it without the cashback, just trying to maximise what's available.0
