hi at the moment i have a savings account for my son with santander kidzone, he is 10. He has just over 600 pounds in this account and at present i pay in £5 per month, just got his statement today and he earned £2.43 interest for the year. looking at info i think interest is 0.50 %. the original account was with bradford and bingly till they were taken over. comparison sites are bit confusing, any ideas. At moment cant afford more than £5 per month cos put the same amount in his trustfund also, thanks.
