This is due to the fact that a company can't read your notice of correction, so some automated credit systems will prefer to decline or refer rather than process as normal.
Lenders are not permitted to decline due to the presence of a NOC.
They have to refer it.
This simply means that you won't get instant decisions. It won't negatively impact your ability to get credit.0 -
As said - set up a DD for the minimum payment every month and it will stop this happening!
Good that Halifax actually had someone who can see that this is an isolated incident and is in a position to actually do something about it.0
