New printer problem

I've just installed an Epson XP305 but it won't print from my PC. It is showing up in the control panel along with all the other stuff thats installed on setup ( photo print, software etc) but it isn't there in Devices and printers. It printed the test papers when I installed it but that's it. It's a wireless printer and it is printing from my Ipad just not the PC. Any ideas whats wrong?

Update. I contacted the live chat as santer suggested. They sorted it. It was something to do with the port. There was no tick against any of the ports in printer preferences. The guy directed me through the procedures and hey presto, it worked. He did try to sell me some cartridges at the end, but no hard sell. Brilliant service.
