Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. That is exactly what I have done with my RBS card every time I'd done a BT on it since I first realised about the fee interest, I just wasn't familiar with the 'one hit' term and thought that I may have been missing out on something even better

I understand that, but if you are existing customer using a new 0% BT offer (like I did recently) - the answer is zero days.

The 3 months interest free on purchases (which Natwest usually offer) only applies to brand new applications.
