I am keen to get gaming on Xbox Live having purchased a 360. I used to play in Battlefield 2: Modern Combat on the original Xbox on Live and I loved it, but other games that were live enabled had hardly anyone to play against (Crimson Skies, for example).
Is this the same for the 360? I don't want to buy a Live game to find that hardly anyone is playing it!
Also, which games do people recommend to play on Live? Is the 360 version of Battlefield any good and full of other players?

Are you behind a router by any chance? If you are and you haven't port forwarded correctly then you can't connect to the majority of xbox live users/servers etc... Which could be why on some games its hard to find people!
The big chart games always have people online. The cheaper funner ones (like fuzion frenzy 2) i find it hard to get a game sometimes.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Well the main one "was" Fifa 2007. I say was because there are 2 big exploits in the game which people are starting to use all the time.
1 is where players can sprint 10 times faster than they should (by using right thumb button thing to move players), and the other is the special "finesse" shot, but if dont from outside of the area ALWAYS goes over the keeper and in the net.
So now its ont fun at all as people just cheat all the time!
Saying that when you play against decent people its still very good and you can ALWAYS find a game even if it is against a cheat.
GRAW and GRAW2 usually have people playing. Also phantasy star online. Virtua Tennis 3 is a bit touch and go, but you have to be VERY good to compete on xbox live lol...
