AMEX on Experian

Hi All,
When I was to pay Experian monthly subscription, my AMEX credit card was showing the detailed monthly activity on my report.
I cancelled the subscription and ordered a statutory report and it doesn't show anymore (it shows the AMEX has a linked address to my new property so they are there in some shape).
But statutore and subscription were retrieved after AMEX communicated my change of address, so this is not the problem.
The same happens to my partner. He also had the monthly subscription, and had AMEX showing, and on statutore report it doesn't show!
Do we see less information on the statutory report?
Why my AMEX is not there at all anymore?
Thanks

You should see the same credit report information regardless of which service you use. A statutory report is just a snapshot so each time you apply you need to provide your complete six-year address history to make sure the report is comprehensive.

Hi James,
Is there an email I can show you the reports? It's unbelievable that one shows all and the other shows nothing!
I tried to write a letter to Experian asking about the electoral roll, it took 3 to 4 weeks to get a liner response, and it was so automatic, and it didn't even answer what I asked exactly.
I would prefer to show you before I enquiry this by letter again if needed. Thanks0 -
I see that you have emailed our Customer Relations team and they have replied to you this morning clarifying why your most recent report was incomplete and arranging to send you a new one.
If you request a report from us via any channel it will only ever include financial information at the addresses you ask us to search, so it's important to provide your full six year address history every time and to make sure these are the full addresses used by your local council and the Royal Mail.
