Holy crap, nPower are unbelievable, they are now accusing us of running a business from our home address! Firstly what has the hell has that got to do with them reading the wrong meter for over 3 years, and secondly I have never run a business from home, always had my own offices where I've never had a problem with my electric bills!

I'm also having problems with npower as they have been reading and billing me for the wrong meter. I complained weeks ago and nothing has moved forward. To say I'm angry at receiving a bill for over £1,100 and no action from npower would be an understatement.
It's too soon for me to go to the Ombudsman, but I would appreciate any help offered.
So far I've emailed meter readings, taken photos of the meters which are labelled with the flat numbers, and submitted a complaint. So fair npower have done.....nothing!

    Hi JenC,

Sorry to hear that you're struggling with this. Could you send me an email (address is on my profile page) with all the details on, and any of these pictures, readings, and I'll take a look into this for you?

    Many thanks,

    Adam :)
