Audatex - Good or bad?

I've been battling a major car repair claim for over a year. It's complicated but comes down to the working practises of Audatex - the company that handles most claims in the UK and Europe.
Does anybody else have any bad experiences with Audatex, either as a motorist or from within the insurance industry?
Many thanks

You would need to give more info than this for anyone to advise really. It won't be Audatex that's the problem as it's just a software based estimating system used by bodyshops and insurance engineers. We don't use it because the way costs are calculated by the system are set by unfairly contrived criteria. We do our own estimating. Are you claiming on your insurance? Are you using your insurance company's recommended repairer or are you nominating your own? Can't really be of much help with the info given I'm afraid.
Audatex, "the company" doesn't handle the claim, the insurance company do, Audatex is the system they use to estimate the cost of the work.0
