HSBC Investigation Letter

Hi,
I am a little new here, but couldnt find any info on the boards about HSBC investigation letters. I received one on friday through the post saying that we had taken out PPI and that if we signed the letter authorising it, HSBC would investigate and get back to us in 8 weeks.
Has anyone else had this type of letter? and if so, any advice?
Thanks
Keith

If you feel you were mis-sold then fill in the questionnaire and the Bank will investigate any allegations of wrong-doing that you make.keithmhenson wrote: »any advice?
Do note that this is an invitation to complain, not an admission of any liability.0 -

Loads of people. It allows the three year time bar to be activated.and if so, any advice?
Either complain if you have reasons to complain or forget about it if you dont.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
