Which Formula Do You Use???

I have tried to search for similar threads but haven't found one. Just wondering which formula you use?? Breastfed baby for six months now looking to use formula for all but two feeds a day. Amptamil didn't go down too well, seems to like C & G follow on or Hipp Organic - just wondered if anyone had any Yays or Nays to either??

SMA, has a gold version and a white version. Gold is normal, and White is for hungry babies.

    Hi There,
For number 3 she had C&G number 4 for babies 9mths+ but shes been on them all and has settled well on C&G but the first 2 kids were fed on SMA.

I would personally let your LO decide which she prefers and stick with that :0

I hope you find one that suits ok,

I used SMA on dd1, made her very sicky. C&G gave her really bad dry skin ( it was the milk as nothing else had changed and it went away after changing to Farleys)

Have used Farleys with dd2 with no probs. Started her of on Aptamil but that didnt seem to satisfy her, she was a hungry baby!

If your little one seems to like the C&G follow on then use that rather then trying different brands only to find that one suits the best.

I use SMA gold - the new version is meant to be easier to digest than previous recipe.
According to a paediatric dietician I spoke to , there's very little to choose between any of them - so go with whatever suits your child.

We went through loads of different milks before my baby found one he liked. He finally plumped for Aptamil in the end.

    I always used C&G for my 2

One of my charges has been on Hipp Organic until just recently ( shes just turned 1) with no problems at all,mum ( & baby) was very happy with it.

I tried c & G , then farleys for eldest but only thing that suited him was SMA. For this reason I stuck with SMA with youngest but when I was once had to give her a different brand (can't remember reason why now) I discovered she was fine with different makes, so I'd say it'll depend on your baby. ;)
