You have plenty of protein there, so that is a good start.

Do you have any bread, oil, marg, fat of any sort?

How much dry pasta do you have?

loads of pasta shapes and spaghetti, got oil.

Can either yourself or OH go out late in the day and see if you can pick up reduced loaves from the supermarket?

Alternatively go for a basics sliced wholemeal, which is often cheaper than white and more filling.

Freeze half so it does not go off.

I got no credit cards, cut them up a couple of years ago. Don't buy anything on credit anymore.
Thanks to MSE we got ourselves out of debt a couple of yrs back... Hubby decided to venture into a new business in October and at the moment it is just breaking even...so we are doing cut backs left right and center to make it work.

Mains – assuming the potatoes are large
Make a load of roast veggies/wedgies with the potatoes, an onion, carrots, oil and towards the end add the beetroot. Keep them at the just baked stage as you will re-heat them later. That solves the problem of the potatoes needing using quickly. The roast veggies can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen.
Hot dog bake? Add 1 or 2 tin of hot dogs (not very nice ones) to portions of the roast veggies and heat.
Wedgies with fish fingers and mushy peas (use the peas as a carb contribution and keep the wedgie portions lower)
Burger bake Wedgies plus a burger per person
    Pasta mains
Pasta and tomato and bacon sauce
Take the other onion, chop and fry, add 2 or three tins of tomatoes and herbs to make a basic tomato sauce. Chop and fry 4 rashers, add the mushrooms and enough tomato sauce to make meal.
Freeze the rest of the tomato sauce
    Pasta in chicken/mushroom sauce.
Cook enough pasta until almost done, drain add a tin of chicken/mushroom soup and heat well. Maybe grate a little cheese over the top and grill quickly?
    Rice mains
    Rough chilli
Assuming you can chop the burgers (use the Mexican one anyway)
Chop 2 burgers and fry- try to break them up. Add some of the frozen tomato sauce and cook until down, add 2 tins of kidney beans and serve with rice.
    Noodle mains
Fish – cook with tomato sauce and serve with the super noodles – bin the BBQ flavouring and add some herbs and oil instead
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
