Parking Eye - Parking Notice Charge

So what sort of things do I need to include in the appeal?
Are there any templates of successful appeals which can be shared?
Again, appreciate all the help from everyone.
:T0 -
It doesn't matter what you put into the appeal to parking eye it will be refused, just go with that not enough grace time has been given to leave the car park. When its refused come back here and we can help with a popla appeal for you. Ensure you tell parking eye that they have 35 days to accept or reject your appeal, per Version 2 of the BPA Code of PracticeWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

So do I refer to it that I was in the car park or the vehicle was in the car park to help with them not knowing who the driver was?0

+1
Besides keeping the appeal to ParkingEye to the single point - insufficient grace period allowed as set out in the BPA AOS CoP 13.4 - ensure that you ask specifically that they supply you with a POPLA reference number should they refuse your appeal.
We can put together a detailed appeal for POPLA - don't worry! My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
I got my mate to revisit the hotel and the sign actually says 30mins free parking

Do I still appeal based on lack of grace time?0 -

Yes, on the other threads you'll find by searching 'Parking Eye appeal POPLA'. In fact even if you just read any PE threads on page one and two of this forum today you'll find several examples. You WILL NOT be talking about what happened on the day so stop worrying about the 30 mins thing - maybe drop the Grace Periods argument but just keep the usual challenge points you'll find on other threads.
Time for you to search and read other PE threads, there are no short cuts as most people here can't write every appeal from scratch every time (especially seeing as the wording is out there already). We will help if it gets to POPLA but again would hope you'd have read up on it and have a grasp of what's needed, by that time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just use this if you want, it doesn't matter what you use it will be rejected

Dear Scammers,
In regards to the invoice received with ref number xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, I deny all liability to your company, if you reject this appeal I require within 35 days a popla verification code for me to appeal independently, per Version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice.
I have nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code. If you wish to find out why I reject all liability, pay the £27 plus vat to popla to find out
The appeal will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the timeframe stipulated above.
Yours Faithfully

That's a perfectly good basic challenge for the OP - you are very patient - but really newbies also need to read up on the issue, it's not hard seeing as we have HUNDREDS of PE cases on the first few recent pages of threads.
The OP will need to have at least some understanding of the challenge issues when it comes to POPLA, as I for one won't help when newbies put 'what shall I write?' without any reading of any other threads...drives me mad.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think the panic is the time constraints, and to try and use the knowledge and expertise from people that have helped time and time again to speed things up, so I appreciate all the help that everyone is giving.
Maybe if there was a template or some used examples that people could adapt, then this would also help others.0
