Travel Insurance - USA if flight stops-over there?

Hi all

I'm going to Mexico in the summer and need to buy travel insurance.

My flight is London to Cancun, but it stops in New York for 3 hours to change planes. I won't be leaving the airport at all during this time.

So my question is, do I select 'Worldwide incl USA' in the travel insurance quote process, or just 'Worldwide' (for Mexico)?

Thanks!

Worldwide including USA I would suggest.

If you are having at least two trips this year, you may be better off with an annual policy.
