Furniture Village - faulty Sofa - what next?

Purchased two sofas from Furniture Village about three months ago. Recently delivered (10th May) as promised, sofa right colour/spec etc, so far so good.
One has been unused so obviously still feels and looks brand new. The other one, after less than 3 weeks use is already "sagging" when you sit on it and giving very little support. In fact the old one we had was better than the new one now, and that was 15 years old. I think at this point it is fairly safe to describe the new sofa as " not fit for purpose".
When they arrived there was a small problem, they sent the drivers back straight away and they put it right. So cannot complain of anything they have done so far service wise, other than supplying a great to look at sofa that is now quite frankly rubbish to sit on. Interestingly the demo sofa which had been in the showroom for months had no such issues - better spec demo sofas(?).
I suspect any identical replacement would be the same, so a better quality alternative would probably be the way forward. The added complication is part of the deal was dumping my old one so if they collected them today that would leave us nothing to sit on, but if it came to it we could get around that.
Now I want to be reasonable with them, as I say, so far they have played the game from the start, although I accept this may now change. If they get difficult then I will have no problem changing direction and being equally difficult and doing it that way.
Any suggestions as to the best way to play this, legally or otherwise?
Many thanks in advance for any input
