charger for the samsung tablets

Was on here on friday and had some excellent advise...so thankyou.
here,s another one.
Our charger for the samsung tablet isn,t charging or can,t even be used when it should be.
The colour that is shouting across the screen is orange and not green with the samsung sound as it should be.
As a few of yourselves are aware we have had endless trouble with our tablet 2 and it only come back from samsung on friday.
Do I need to return the device or is it purely the charger.?? My hubby stated ,"Maybe it is a new fuse in the charger". We changed that but it is still the same.:mad::mad:

Yes it could be the charger, Id buy another charger (should only be a couple of quid) or another usb lead from ebay.
I presume the charger is in 2 parts, 1 as the part with the plug on it and the cable, id buy a second cable to find out if its the cable or the bit with the plug on.0 -
