Record Radio and play on MP£ Player. EPG for Radio?

Hi there, just as you can set your modern dvd recorder to record programs of EPG, can you do something similar with the Radio and an appropriate MP3 Player (with radio)? If not, is there an internet site/application where you can specify what radio broadcast you wish to record, and it records it and downloads the recording to your PC? Thank you.

You just need to plug your radio on whatever device which has a line in, and can record this line in signal into MP3.
My iRiver player does that, heck, it even has a FM tuner, so I can record radio to MP3 directly.
If you don't have such a gizmo, you can still plug your rdio into the line in plug of your PC's audio card, and use whatever software, e.g. Audacity:

By the way, if you want to record an internet radio stream, e.g. a shoutcast stream, then yes, you can use a program such as streamripper:

Free as well of course.0
