Insurance for potential buyers test driving my car

Hi all

Can any one recommend an insurance company who offers a cheap price/best price temporary insurance.
My car is not insured because I have swapped the insurance over to my new car, but am concerned that I ought to get my old car insured for when potential buyers are test driving it.
Any suggestions are much appreciated,

If you want it to have comprehensive insurance for test driving by buyers the only option will be take out temporary cover for them over the phone on the Day provided they produce their licence.

Don't leave your car uninsured too long without sorning it. If it is not sorn then it has to be insured!

The other option is for them to add your vehicle to their insurance as a Temporary Additional Vehicle but for the sake of one day it is likely to be expensive for them and you'd have to trust them that they've done it

What if it gets stolen? You should have it insured really.

And if it is on SORN then you can't use it on the road.
