Next credit account. How do you close?

My sister signed up to Noddle for a free check & everything is in order, except under the credit section & under "open" she has a Next account. She wasn't aware this was running like a credit card & she'd like it closed.
How do you go about closing this? Can it only be done via the phone? Or is there other ways you can do it, such as post/email?

When I closed mine, I'm pretty sure I logged into my account and pressed a button to close it; I closed it in December and it's only showing up this month as closed in my Noddle report as it took them a while to get updated info to Noddle. If it's paid up to date and not in use, it should be pretty easy. Looks like you can either phone them or email them.

Closing your Next Account
If you want to cancel your Directory Account you will need to confirm this in writing to us at the following address Next, PO Box 4000, Sheffield, S97 3ET or call 0844 844 8000#. You will need to tell us your name, address and Account Number. If you decide to cancel your Account you will need to pay for any items that you have received or return them to us in a new condition. You will also need to return the Next Directory. Please call 0844 844 8000 to arrange this. If you do not exercise your right to cancel, this agreement will remain in force and effect and its terms and conditions will bind you.
Your Next Account will continue unless you or we decide to close your Account. We have the ability to do this at anytime at our discretion. You can close your Account at anytime by writing to us (including your name, address and Account number) at Next, PO Box 4000, Sheffield, S97 3ET. If you close your Account you will have to pay any outstanding balance on your Account immediately. No she hasn't tried calling them yet. She only did the Noddle registration late last night.0 -
If she goes on the Next website and chooses contact us she can ask for them to give her a call back straight away.
I've used that service twice. It's superb. Will save her the phone call cost. This is moneysaving lol0
