right soooo,,, in 2006 I had a credit card for 1000, then in 2007 I had a loan for 1000 to clear the credit card. I then managed to get myself in all sorts of trouble so in 2008 I had a loan to clear the 1000 loan and other debts that I had racked up! that loan totalled 5000
... I know I was sold ppi on the 5000 loan but I was told I had to have it so the loan would go through!
so I got into trouble with my 5000 loan and last year a debt collector caught up with me so I agreed to settle the debt by paying half of the cost.
now can I reclaim ppi and if it says satisfactory on my credit report for the loan that I settled will it just be taken off that?
