T-Mobile - lies, lies & more lies.

I'll spare everyone the long-winded story, but T-Mobile have repeatedly lied to me after I've purchased a mobile broadband SIM from their website. Their customer service has been terrible. Have never used them before, will never use them again. Unfortunately in this instance I didn't have much choice because of coverage.
Lie 1 - Their 'Live Chat' when you are connected to an 'advisor' is actually a computer which picks up on keywords. Did anyone else know that? I was told via email to sort out a problem via Live Chat yet they knew full well this was impossible.
Lie 2 - They tried to contact me via landline number to sort out my order. Complete lie as I never gave them the landline number and it's ex-directory. When asked which number they tried they "can't access that information". Because it doesn't exist!
Lie 3 - My card was declined when I placed my order. Complete lie. My card was not declined, the bank have confirmed this.
Lie 4 - a sales rep in the store said mobile broadband SIMs can only be topped up in their own stores or via telephone. If a sales rep is unsure why would they just say any old rubbish?
I've spent 3 weeks trying to speak to an actual real-life person - the 0800 number cuts you off repeatedly when it's busy. They never replied to my emails, the Live Chat is a complete fake, and their reps on Facebook cannot access account information.
I'll be sticking with O2 in future.

Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole. They had a refer a friend thing a while ago where they give you free vouchers so i signed up.
Every thing else came through so I waited and waited for the vouchers until finally i went into the store i'd signed up in and asked where my vouchers where.
They called someone and it turns out you don't get vouchers on a monthly rolling contract, they didn't say their would be any problem when i signed up and they took my money!
This is a company that will lie to get your money then leave you to do all the chasing.0 -
I have never had a problem with their live chat and always spoke to a real person0

I wouldn't use T-Mobile ever again. Years of stressful crap!0

T-mobile and EE (orange) both have the worst customer service in the world, and the sales people in the shops are dimwits that care diddly squat.

I thought I was speaking to a real person, too. It certainly seemed that way, even if they were completely useless.
The guy in the store said it's a computer. Probably another lie then.
I ordered a pay per day mobile broadband SIM. Guy in the shop said it would run out in 7 days (the £10 one) and sold me a £15 one. Is this another lie? I can't find a £15 one online, nor any mention of there being a restriction on how many days it would work for. I thought Pay Per Day was just that - when the £10 ran out you paid per day.0
