No received my products purchased online

Hello,
I'm fed up with all these companies which exploit people paranoia (included mine!) about asbestos. Last year I bought a house and soon realised that there was asbestos in the soffits and potentially in other places. So after having spend £200 for a surveyor to take a sample (and certainly using less accuracy than I would have done!), I decided to look for cheaper alternatives and stumbled on this company (Cornerstone Environmental Ltd). The website is professional and the offer very attractive. So I placed an order for an asbestos testing kit but I never received the products and never responded to my phone calls and e-mails..

Cornerstone have contracts with some very large organisations, they are a legitimate company. What happens when you try to call them?

So what was the result with the £200 survey you've already had done and what expertise do you have to say that it wasn't accurate enough?

Your right not all asbestos is dangerous and so some companies pray on the vulnerable with the word asbestos. If you have had a suvey completed for £200 then this should give you all the information on the asbestos within your home you need. Why order a testing kit?
