Which of the two is better?

It'd mainly be used for games, Facebook, taking photos, that sort of thing.

Or is there another tablet in the £150 price range that is better?

TIA

You considered the Samsung galaxy tab 2 , you can get it in white and black dependant on whether both are in stock. I linked to JL as you get the 2 year free warranty but other retailers have it for the same price eg Sainsbury's.

I was going to suggest the Nexus 7 but dont think if ive seen any around for £150.

Or the Acer Iconia B1 here for £100.

Dont know enough to have a view on the HP or the Kindle or even the 2 I suggested.

I have a nexus and it does everything you want to use it for.

OP if you can wait then why not wait and see what news there is about the new Nexus 7 as I reckon there will be discounts for current N7 stock.

    Don't buy the HP.
I know it's cheap, I know it's a known brand, and it does have a camera, but don't buy it.
It's slow, but the worst thing about it is the screen will show EVERYTHING in the wrong shape because the pixels are rectangular, not square.
Go without the camera and buy a Nexus7, or consider that Acer, or the Kindle, or a Nook, which is quite cheap in Currys at the mo, and WILL officially have access to the Google Play store (big advantage over Kindle).
