Blemain finance help needed pls

Hi, I'm new to the site and need advise on how to reclaim mis sold ppi against Blemain Finance. I have tried contacting them and also the Financial Ombudsman and the Jersey Financial Ombudsman by email and to be completely honest I'm so confused by it all. I've not been in the best of health mentally due to the death of my partner 5yrs ago and being made redundant 5 days later, now finally after the worst 5 years of my life i feel strong enough to tackle this company but am a little scared. Its complicated and confusing, basically I took out to loans 1 in may 2005 and another in Sept 2005, last April Phone a Loan who my ppi was taken out with repaid £9000 they took off my arrears and took the remaining off the loan which reduced my monthly payments, I decided to contact them concerning my 2nd loan only to be told that its nothing to do with them as the ppi was taken out with jersey marketing consultants, strange as I'd never had any contact and it was the first id heard of them, i wrote to them but believe that they no longer trade, I emailed jersey fsc who replied saying basically that i need to fight blemain, I've struggled to try and understand the emails and gave up, but as i said in the beginning I feel strong enough to start again, just need someone who could maybe look over my emails and advise me on the path to take, Is it possible to attach these emails on here? Blemain Finance website says:
Q. How do I make a claim on my PPI?
A. All our claims are handled by Direct Group. You can make a claim by calling the dedicated claims line on 0844 412 4224.

I'm just about to try to call as a relative was mis sold PPI and is stuck in a crippling interest only, every increasing loan secured on the house. They are only open 9-5, Mondays to Fridays.
