PPI Claim - Deceased

Hi All, This may sound a bit morbid - its not, in going through the paperwork of a deceased relative, I am truly amazed at all the PPi paid, on loans, cards and accounts, Is it possible to make a claim as part of the estate of the deceased ? not that there is much of an estate. Thanks

Yes it is. Any complaint will have to be made by the executor of the estate, as any refunds will form part of the estate.

The executor should contact the companies concerned to ask what their process is and what documents they need to supply - death cert/probate/letters of administration.
  • Thanks, fine with it being part of the estate, proceeds will probably go to a loan company anyway - but it all helps , thanks
