Morning all
Just before I make a complete fool of myself at work, can anyone confirm/deny/call me an idiot that Outlook (of some description) came free with all versions of Windows (especially Windows2000 as we have here and Windows XP which we will be moving to soon) and can be configured by user profile?
What I mean by that last bit is that we have people here with different programs depending on their user profiles (dealt with by our IT dept).
So can Outlook be installed on all machines but only made accessible by certain people with the right profile?

Outlook expess comes as default with internet explorer, which comes as a default with windows.
I don't think you can deny people access to it with user profiles, although you can prevent them connecting to the intra/internet with account settings0 -
