Flash for Android 4.1

I am aware that, for reasons known only to them - Adobe has stopped supporting Flash on Android 4.1 and above
Next Question - what is the solution ?
My wife bought a Samsung tablet on Saturday and needs to view flash videos
I thought that Adobe had just "hidden" the link but I can't see it......

Blame Apples Steve Jobs he refused to support Adobe Flash . That killed it stone dead and Adobe still push out Flash but refuse to update it .
Flash as working on my Note 10.1 below just install .

Does this mean I'm supposed to be able to run Flash on 2.3.6 (Gingerbread)? I can't, for example, play the UK Forecast Video on the right side of this page http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/
