AXA home insurance - is it really that simple?

As long as you read the assumptions and don't make any misrepresentations you should be alright - the new consumer disclosure act means that it is up to the insurer to ask the questions they want and they can't throw out a claim providing you have answered their questions truthfully. (It surprises me that they are still doing a lot of assumptions as no doubt someone will argue that an assumption isn't a question.)0

I wouldnt trust AXA to do anything. They do not like to pay out on legitimate claims in my experience.0

I wouldnt trust AXA to do anything. In my experience they do anything in their power to avoid paying out on legitimate claims even using underhand methods. This has been my experience with their property insurance products0
