Bathroom trade discounts?

Hi All,
Are there trade discounts for bathrooms like with the kitchens? if yes, which dealers offer them and how much ??

I visited bathstore yesterday and they gave me a £2300 quote for a shower cubicle, sink and toilet in a 7x5 bathroom! and then quoted £6000 for installation (I didnt ask - they just quoted)....
There is more to life than increasing its speed.

    bluedrop...you need a plumber not a bathroom showroom.

    plumbers will have access to trade discounts at particular outlets,generally buying and opting for the installation in these bathstores and showrooms is the most expensive way to go...

    You could infact ask the person who gave you your heating quotation if its an area that they deal with...if not its very possible that they have contact details for good plumbers they would recommend

    Pre empting your next question...fully fitted from an empty room that had no existing plumbing,waste disposal etc our was quoted at £4000 but came in at £3800....white contract bathroom suite with overbath shower and fully tiled walls
    frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
