Credit Card limit reduced

No need to stay over the limit until the bill comes in. You can make a payment at any time. You should be able to do this online or by phoning them up. Best to make the payment before the statement comes as that way you should get away without it being reported to the CRAs.
So what your saying is the company reduced her credit limit midway through the month putting her over the new limit and they will now put this on her credit report this makes no sence0 -
You are all forgetting....
Credit is not a god given right, it shouldn't be seen as such. The lender can choose who they want to do business with and what limits they give. They actually don't need to give you a reason!!0 -
Quick update my wife contacted Santander about her credit limit, they told her that they reviewed her credit limit and as she was not using all the credit on it and as she was clearing her bill each month there was no call to have a limit of 3k so they reduced it to 550 they now have got back to her and sai they will put it back up to 1200 a month. Thank you everyone DTHEP0
