1.1 The "promoter" of a competition is the person who is legally responsible for operating it. The promoter of the Competition is Adey Innovation LLP (registered number OC372411) whose registered office is at Head Office, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, GL51 8NR (the "Promoter", "us", "we").

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to persons resident in the UK who:
2.1.1 are 18 years of age or older;
2.1.2 have a full UK driving licence;
2.1.3 are heating engineers or other professionals working as installers in the heating industry;
2.1.4 have purchased an ADEY MagnaClean Professional2 filter or MagnaClean Professional2 filter and chemical pack (each an “Eligible Product”) (and one entry per Eligible Product purchased is permitted) (unless clause 2.2 below applies);
2.1.5 are willing to apply for membership of the ADEY Installers’ Club and, accordingly, if at the time of applying to enter the Competition you are not a member of the ADEY Installers’ Club, by applying to enter the Competition you are also agreeing to apply to become a member of the ADEY Installers’ Club (should you meet the applicable requirements) and accordingly we will use the information provided by you to process such application (but for the avoidance of doubt, if such application is unsuccessful, you will nonetheless be eligible to enter the Competition).
2.2 Residents from Northern Ireland may enter the Competition, without purchase, by posting their name and address to Prize draw, ADEY Heating Solutions, Gloucester road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 8NR. Postal entries must be received by us by Friday 21st June 2013. We will then post back a unique prize draw code which can be entered online at http://installersclub.adey.co.uk/competition/. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
2.3 By entering the Competition you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and warrant that you meet the above eligibility criteria.
2.4 Upon request, you must produce to us a valid passport and any other identification documentation that we may reasonably require.
2.5 We may in our sole decision decide as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met.
2.6 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter the Competition and neither may the employees of any third party sponsors, prize providers or their immediate families.
3. Entry
3.1 In order to enter the Competition, you must complete the form available on our website https://www.adey.co.uk and available in hard copy if you telephone our support team on 01242 546717.
3.2 Entries will be accepted from 1 January 2013 and must be submitted by 30 June 2013. Late entries and entries that are incorrectly submitted will not be accepted.
3.3 You must ensure that you supply on the entry form the unique prize draw code supplied with the Eligible Product that you have purchased (or supplied by us in accordance with clause 2.2). The unique prize draw code will be provided on a separate card in the Eligible Product box (or supplied by us in accordance with clause 2.2).
3.4 We reserve the right to reject any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, damaged or otherwise deficient. We also reserve the right to reject entries that are unlawful, indecent, racist, inflammatory, defamatory or which we consider in our absolute discretion to be otherwise harmful to our goodwill and reputation. We accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason. Proof of posting of any postal entry will not be proof of our receipt of that entry.
3.5 You must enter the Competition using your legal name once only per Eligible Product that you have purchased (or once only in the case of entrants resident in Northern Ireland).
3.6 Where an entrant has been found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions, we may nevertheless still enforce our right to disqualify that person even where a prize has been awarded.
4. Prizes
4.1 The prizes shall be one liveried van (and in addition we will pay for the winner’s company branding to be put onto the van, up to a value of £500, and first year’s road tax) and ten runners up who will win a MagnaCleanse and a MagnaClean Professional2 filter and chemical pack and six iPads (the "Prizes") and there shall be accordingly one winner of the liveried van, ten winners of MagnaCleanse and MagnaClean Professional2 filters and six winners of iPads (the "Winners").
4.2 Winners will be chosen at random, in respect of the iPads, from all entries received during each month of the Competition and, in respect of the liveried van, from all entries received for the full duration of the Competition. The iPads will be awarded following the end of each month of the Competition and the liveried van and runners up prizes will be awarded following the close of the Competition. Please note: the first iPad winner will be selected from entries received to 4th February 2013 and the second iPad winner will be selected from entries received between 5th-28th February. After that, the iPad winners will be selected from entries received in each calendar month.
4.3 The liveried van shall have on it advertising relating to the Promoter and the Promoter’s products, which for the period of six (6) months from collection the Winner of the liveried van agrees not to remove, alter or otherwise amend.
4.4 If we become aware that the same person has been selected as a Winner more than once, we will draw another name (save as in respect of Winners of iPads, who will also be eligible to win the liveried van).
4.5 We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated Prizes with prizes that we consider to be broadly equivalent. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash Prizes and Winners must accept Prizes in the form offered.
4.6 All Winnsers will be notified that they have won a Prize not later than 14 days following the awarding of the relevant Prize via at least one of the following methods:
4.6.1 by telephone;
4.6.2 by email;
4.6.3 in writing.
4.7 Should an entrant’s or a Winner’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us of such a change.
4.8 We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and proof of a Winner’s identity in the form of a passport or driver's licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a Winner cannot provide us with proof of purchase or of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the Prize and select another Winner.
4.9 All Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Where necessary, they must be taken on the dates specified by us. If a Winner does not take any element of a Prize at the time stipulated by us then that element of the Prize will be forfeited.
4.10 Any tax payable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a Prize if this is a concern.
4.11 Prizes will be presented to the Winners by a representative of us at the merchant where the Eligible Product was purchased, or other suitable nearby location. The Winner of the liveried van shall for the avoidance of doubt thereafter be responsible for paying the applicable servicing, MOT, insurance, and other ongoing costs and will not be entitled to collect the liveried van until proof in writing of insurance and a valid UK driving licence of the Winner or the person nominated by the Winner to collect the van have been delivered to us. In respect of the liveried van, we will fill in the relevant forms to transfer ownership of the van to the Winner of it, in accordance with the information supplied by the Winner
4.12 We make no representation or warranty in relation to Prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any Prize.
4.13 No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any Prize unless stated.
5. Unclaimed Prizes
5.1 All Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to award Prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prizewinners or not to award them at all.
6. Publicity and Personal Information
6.1 The personal information supplied by entrants when entering our Competition will be used by us in accordance with our privacy policy, which you may read here: https://www.adey.co.uk/Terms.asp#privacy.You must read the privacy policy as your entry in the Competition constitutes an agreement to be bound by it. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Competition and/or award of Prize(s), entrants will however forfeit their right to claim any Prize.
6.2 By entering the Competition and providing us with your details, you are consenting to receiving communications from us by post or telephone (and by email or SMS where you have given prior express consent) relating to the ADEY Installers’ Club, the Competition, and our products, services and promotions that we feel may be of interest to you.
6.3 It is a condition of your entry to the Competition that we have the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, home towns, characters, likeness and voices of the Winners for the running of the Competition and matters incidental to the Competition.
6.4 All entrants and particularly the Winners may be required by us to participate in photo, recording, video and/or film session(s). In this regard you agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any manner we see fit.
6.5 No fees shall be payable to any entrant or Winner in relation to their entry in any Competition and/or any subsequent publicity or promotional materials.
7. Tampering and other matters
7.1 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or any draw/s or judging related to the Competition and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
8. Termination of the Competition
8.1 We may vary the terms of, or terminate, the Competition at any time in our absolute discretion without liability to any entrant or other person. We will not award any Prize if the Competition is terminated.
9. Our decisions are final
9.1 All of our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the Prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
10. Failure to enforce terms and conditions
10.1 A failure by us to enforce any one of these terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or Winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
11. Exclusion of liability
11.1 Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or Winner in connection with or arising out of the Competition howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
11.3 In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Governing law
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
