Hi folks
I know this gets asked a lot on this thread, but I wonder if you could recommend a laptop based on my specifications.
I would run Sage Accounting Software and surf the Internet watching I player etc. I would like to connect up to my Panasonic TV sometimes as well in the front room.
Ideally I would be looking to spend no more than about £350
Thanks

This 17" Dell might do the job at £279
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/299-dell-inspirion-17-laptop-dell-1563679 - despite the title it is £279 if you follow the instructions from a fine sounding fellow that happens to have the same username as I do
The spec is fine for everyday duties and has HDMI port for connecting to LCD/Plasmas

Or just follow this:
USE DISCOUNT CODE GQQ?PN4$M4QM0? TO BRING PRICE DOWN TO £279.89
Code seems to only work only if buying via Dell Home and code might expire 29th (but you never know with Dell)
Link to this on Dell Home: http://search.euro.dell.com/results.aspx?s=dhs&c=uk&l=en&cs=ukdhs1&k=SBNS3701&cat=all
Also 6% Quidco cashback if purchased via Quidco.

That's stupidly cheap for a 17" laptop isn't it!

This looks great and I'm about to buy one. Would you recommend some of the accessories Dell are trying to flog me. I've never bought a laptop before, presumably I need a travel case, but what about a wireless mouse etc?0

Forget about the accessories, you can get them cheaper elsewhere if you need them.0
