I wouldn't have thought because there's a window and extractor fan in the bathroom which both are on external wsll

If the amount of moisture being produced is more than what is being extracted by the fan and/or window then you will still get condensation. Do you leave the window open for a time after you're finished in the bathroom? How long does the fan stay on? You need to allow for moisture being put into the air from other areas of the house too (washing machine, cooking, breathing, drying clothes inside). Do you ventilate the whole house (not just the bathroom)?

The whole apartment is well ventilated I leave windows open all the time. It's not in the bathroom it's in a storage cupboard.

Has anyone looked at the pictures?

Sorry superstud, the pictures are quite hard to decipher (although I did wonder what the blue and green thing was doing in a bathroom lol).

Is the damp patch on an external wall or internal? If it's external then are there any signs of damage outside (cracks in the wall, damaged or overflowing gutters)? If internal, are there any pipes running behind that wall? It could be a leaking pipe seeping through. Which floor are you on? Are there any damaged or out-of-place roof tiles?

It's internal behind the bath i can't hear any leaking or dripping tho :s no obvious signs of missing roof slates etc

It could be a very slow leak seeping gradually rather than dripping or pouring out. Are there any damaged tiles behind your bath? Could moisture have been absorbed into the internal wall over time and seeped through to your storage cupboard?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Aaah, you don't get to my age without having spent a fair few hours tracking down the source of mysterious damp patches! Last Friday morning saw me scrabbling round under the kitchen sink.

If its by a wall which has a bath on the other side my guess would be its the obvious - something to do with the bath. Can you get the bath panel off?

Not hearing dripping doesn't necessarily signify much. Water has an amazing capacity to seep noiselessly.
