Quick question, if someone wanted to send money via paypal what info do they need? Account ID/Email address?

Why not send them an invoice? Might be easier. Not to sure myself but I would go to PayPal and fill in one as if you were sending to them and you will then know.0

To send money to someone, all you need is their email address. If they have Paypal it goes straight into their account. If they don't, they will be asked to set up a basic account to withdraw the money. An email will be sent to them either way.
