Competition Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. This competition is not open to employees of The Manchester Airports Group plc, Serenity Holidays Ltd or any person directly or indirectly connected with this competition or family members of any of these persons.
3. Entry is open to all UK residents over 18.There will be 1 prize winner. Prize includes: 7 nights accommodation for 2 people on a self-catering board basis, return flights from Stansted to Calvi - inc 23kgs luggage allowance each, airport transfers in Corsica, Welcome Hamper and Guide book. Travel dates – May/June/September 2013 or May/ June 2014 (excluding school holiday dates). The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together. Flight bookings are subject to availability. Flight reservations must be made at least 30 days before departure. The costs of transfers (other than those specified), travel insurance, accommodations, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
4. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Only one entry per household can be accepted.
6. The closing date for the competition is on 04.06.2013. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
7. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Stansted Airport Limited by the closing date.
8. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 90 days, there will be no further prize draws, as Stansted Airport Limited's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
9. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
10. Stansted Airport Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in Stansted Airport Limited’s sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. The promoter is Stansted Airport Limited of Enterprise House, Bassingbourn Road, Essex CM24 1QW.
13. Please note that any personal data provided by an entrant will remain confidential to The Manchester Airports Group plc and its group companies including Stansted Airport Limited ("M.A.G") and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent, except that M.A.G reserves the right to use the information for the purposes of facilitating the competition including but not limited to publishing the name of the winner on its website, as well as providing the prize winners' details to third parties for the purposes of administering the competition including but not limited to the actual providers of the prize such as the tour operator, airline and/or hotel company. All personal data provided by an entrant will be used by M.A.G solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be securely destroyed within 120 days of the closing date of the competition, unless you have elected to receive further promotional or marketing information.

Hi,Moneybot .

It seems to me that Amiluckys comp ended early & was replaced by the Corsica Comp.

When it was bumped here it should ideally have been expired & then a new thread started with the Corsica comp.

A merge would problematic as most will have entered for the first prize.
