I am using Firefox and Outlook for my emails.
When opening Outlook to check or send emails a pop up appears all down the right hand side of the window which is usually some form of !!!!!!.
How do I block this?
In easy to understand language please I am not very skilled at sorting things out via the computer.
Thanks.

In the top left corner of Firefox, click the Firefox logo to open the dropdown menu then click Add-ons. In the page that opens search for AdBlock Plus 2.2.4 and install. That will block the ads.
However it does sound like you've got some kind of adware/browser hijack thing going on so I would recommend installing the free version of Malwarebytes updating it and running a scan.0
