    I'm just settled down in the parlour with a cup of chai a cake and Tim Hale. Wow what an eye opener already. I have another FT book called investing for income too.

    I'd be willing to risk a small wager that A Flock of Sheep will finish reading Smarter Investing tonight, or tomorrow night at the very latest;).

    By the time the UK market reopens on Tuesday there will be one very eager lamb with a brand new investment strategy and £££s burning a hole in their fleece :rotfl:

    Possibly not as fast as that. Got more research to do. I am just longing for a mass crash. 30 or 40% would do me nicely.

    Tuesday I think is a selling day for me while I am busy at the drawing board. Plus I want to mute the noise I keep getting from HL and Motley Fool.

    I found that book really heavy reading.
