Nope its definitely not fair.
But I would definitely go to your LL & LA before I started looking to move. If neither can help then I would make it clear you will make sure everyone in the area knows why your moving so that the next tenant is not "had" in the same way you have been.
If that doesn't work then I would follow skivnow suggestion .....
Its their responsibility to deal with it and by refusing to deal with bullies (as that is what they are) they are allowing them to get away with it.0 -
Whilst I agree with the above - the best thing to do is move. However, if you really wanted a parting shot before you did leave - buy car from a scrapyard and dump it at the front of the drive at a time when it's clear, then neither they nor you can use it.0
