Help with heating and electricity bills?

Hello,my partner has kidney failure and other medical problems,I work full time but earn around 20k a year,my partner claims dla but we are really struggling to pay the bills,he is often cold and really needs to keep warm even in summer,is there anything we could get to help pay the bills?

This is not strictly true, a couple with no recognised (via IB, IS, ESA or DLA) health conditions and no caring responsibilities are deemed to need £111 a week to live on not inc, HB, SMI or CTS.

I will leave the other arguments aside, but if you already get DLA, this IS exacally what it is supposed to pay for.

Assuming there are a lot of Prescriptions, then a pre-payment card costs £104.00 PA.
