Hi one and all

I'm new to quidco, but signed up to caesars bingo on Friday at £45 cashback and it hasn't yet tracked. Is this normal? I'm so used to TCB which nearly always tracks straight away! Casears is now showing as £10 cashback so I'm hoping I get the correct amount.
