  • Tried to use my coupon for Danio yoghurt today in A$da was told they don't accept coupons which aren't "double sided". I asked why and was told they need to be double sided and if the cashier accepted the coupon they would be deducted that amount from their wages and would lose their job. :/ It was the same person I have had problems with before over a mispriced item.

Will be writing to head office tomorrow...

I think part of why the diet works mimi is that you do deprive yourself and miss a meal too. I'm not looking forward to that. :(

All the menus in the book are just for breakfast and dinner.

Personally I think the diet works because you are made to count every calorie on fast days so on the non fast days you are more aware of what you are putting in your body and what you actually really need rather than want.. I started about 3 weeks ago (kind of, its been to warm not to drink glitched wine in the garden :o) I did 2 weeks properly though and I did think more what I was putting in my mouth on non fast days... Still put it in though:eek::rotfl::rotfl:But joining up has made me soo much more motivated:T

Most of the girls menus are split 150/200 breakfast and 350/300 dinner. Couple are 250/250. Snacking is not encouraged.

It is all to do with the body thinking we are experiencing a famine and that is why it works.

Gotta disagree with this i'm afraid.. If the body thinks we are in famine it stores food as fat for emergency use rather than prosessing it correctly. I stand by my previous comment.. If you read the books etc it says eat 'normal' but it also mentions 1500 to 1800 cals a day as normall.. I know thats not my norm haha.. I think its a different approach to training your brain/body..

Thanks. Don't forget - if you're outside N.I. - Danio yogurts are 42p each in W, so could be even better on Avs W comp. (if you already need 7 other diff. items). There are 6 Danios which compare - so could be 6 diff. items.

APG coupons aren't double-sided are they? (I love finding different circumstances in which their rule, that they give, clearly doesn't apply at all after all. And I'm also assuming you have recounted your story to me totally precisely. Many thanks for it in any event!)

[W offer seems due to expire soon.]
