    Debt-free and Proud!
    Evenin!

Being in the zoo at night was pretty cool. They had loads of food and booze stalls, a cabaret tent, silent disco....and my friend and I went on the carousel just before we left. Didnt get to see as many animals as i'd have liked because they started roping things off at about 9pm. Bit disappointing that.

Will probably post some pics tomorrow. I got the ticket half price but unfortunately (and predictably) food and booze was mega expensive. Only had a cider and some macaroni cheese......£10. Still, nice for a treat :)

Night everyone, early morning for me as OH is away for the weekend.

Not really happy he is going as I don't imagine next year will be quite the same. By then DD1 will be in own house with baby and DD2 will be on placement.

Think I get a bit too sentimental about these things. :o

Just noticed as not on for a while - Nescafe Gold has appeared on Quidco Clicksnap (10-23rd June) - buy 2 300g from Ts for £3.70 cashback (can redeem twice). £8.85 each in Ts, on offer at £5 in As (cheapest offer in ages), so £6.30 after PP for 600g (plus your fillers) - 4 pint semi milks would be another good one to include as £1 each in As. Any other good offers TvA for PP to make up your 10 items?

    Many thanks

This is excellent on the coffee as, even at A's straight price it's £1.67/100g - a rarer lower price (usual low is £2.00/100g). The 300g are the refill packs. With an additional £3.70 as cashback it's excellent!

Not recommending Semi-skimmed milks, as got mine as Cravendale in A (vs T) when glitching. However, if have to have them in T - would be better for PP to get the T Semi-skimmed at £1.29 and not the Creamfields version £1.00 T (which T compares to A at £1.00 - adds nothing to the PP).

I would have gone for the Whitworths Apricots (200g bag) T £1.88 vs A £1.00 - however at 50p/100g (on the £1 price match) that's still more expensive per 100g than T Eday Value Apricots (227g at £1.17). T Eday Value could perhaps be a filler vs A though?

I think many good offers Tvs A are staring us in the face - they're on the "Savvy Buys" for A on msm. But watch those expensive £1 items though - they're far more expensive than when T is on half price at 80-odd pence (and then Avs T 72p or so with 10% - £1.00 rollbacks in A often therefore represent price increases, as the previous week (not now) they were 80-odd p in T and thus 72p on Avs T - whereas now T is £1.40 odd and A on "rollback" to £1.00. Do not buy Tvs A, should have bought Avs T last week instead).

I'll have a look for some Tvs A overnight today. Watch though before you shop as A do sometimes increase some prices suddenly on Saturdays (the £5 Gold Blend hasn't been running that long though - so perhaps it's not going up just yet?? I could be wrong though on this).
