Found this recipe in the fast diet book, 358 cals, looks a good easy one and means we can still eat pizza. :j
1 tortilla 55g 144 cals
topped with
2 tbsp passata 5 cals
3 small diced balls light mozzarella 90g 159 cals
scatter chopped veg: mushrooms, red pepper, courgette, red onion, aubergine, spinach all ok 170g 50 cals.

I had a little
at your melatonin comment earlier. Just 5 minutes before you said it, I was administering an extra dose of it to DS2
Least time-consuming - leave it there. But then probably spend enough, possibly more:o, time thinking about whether to remove them or not (and replying to this!:rotfl::)). I think I'll delete them off - and then have to put some of them back on again when M's price goes back down:rotfl:. Unless anyone objects...!!:):rotfl:
I'm not removing them straightaway though, as I'm still adding new items!!:) But I'm only trying to consider all of you here striggling with my list if it's long enough as it is;). See you later (not leaving this thread at a dash tonight but lurking in the background adding to the list for now...).0
