I'm considering two options. And perhaps fairclaire will help this indecisive sage to choose one of them:D. I think I myself am having difficulty with my M list 'scanning' for me - in other words in the sense of me reading it and taking it all in.
There's those items I've crossed out, as their prices to compare to are no longer on. Should I remove them entirely (as I'm inclining to do so) so that the list does not continue to be cluttered up with them - or should I leave the crossings-out there, ready for the items to be reinstated in a few weeks' time when, almost inevitably, some of them go back down in price and on offer again in M? Up, down, up, down, move from one list to the next and back again, then back here, over there, and everywhere...:D:rotfl::rotfl:I'm inclined to get rid of the expired items from the list - or are they useful in seeing what's now over and identifying it better once it's back on later?0 -

Dunno if this is any good to anyone on the 5:2 but I nibble on the As letter sweets (I usually buy as fillers, 3 for £1 kids sweets).
4 calories a sweet and a bag usually lasts me a week.
Only any good if you like them I spose

Well Im not sure which one of those options is the least time consuming for you? Whichever one it is, I'd be inclined to choose it. I think you spend enough if your precious time on these lists as it is
I had a littleat your melatonin comment earlier. Just 5 minutes before you said it, I was administering an extra dose of it to DS2
